Pluma Pictures, a Swiss company founded in 2023 and based in Lugano, is a production house engaged in the creation, development, and distribution of audio and video content for television, radio, cinema, on-demand streaming platforms, websites, and new media. Pluma Pictures’ value lies in its creative ideas and the quality of its emotional storytelling.
Pluma Pictures was founded by Damiano Realini, a well-known journalist, producer, and presenter for the Swiss Italian-language public broadcaster (www.rsi.ch).
After earning a degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Florence, he began his career in journalism, working in the editorial offices of various newspapers where he covered current affairs, eventually becoming the editor responsible for the culture and entertainment sections.
On television, he has worked in news as editor-in-chief and presenter, later moving on to the conception, production, and hosting of various prime-time programs dedicated to the arts, entertainment, and literature (including Turné, RSI’s long-standing magazine show, and Turné Soirée).
For several years, he has also been the face and producer of prime-time talk shows featuring in-depth interviews with prominent figures (Lo Specchio).
Alongside his work at RSI, Damiano Realini expanded his professional and creative horizons through Pluma Pictures.
